Job Vacancy : Customer Service Assistant

Salary Range : RM2000 - RM2500 per Month

Responsibilities
- Prepare and release bill of lading (BL).
- Liaise with customers on BL draft amendments & requirement.
- Cheque collection & record for cash shipment.
- Submit custom declaration through EDI systems.
- Prepare tax invoice and cash shipment record & monitoring.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Shipping knowledge.
- Able to work under pressure, ability to meet deadlines.
- Good customer service orientation.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay.
