Job Vacancy : Customer Service Assistant

Salary Range : RM2000 - RM2500 per Month

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and release bill of lading (BL).
  • Liaise with customers on BL draft amendments & requirement.
  • Cheque collection & record for cash shipment.
  • Submit custom declaration through EDI systems.
  • Prepare tax invoice and cash shipment record & monitoring.

 

Requirements


  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Shipping knowledge.
  • Able to work under pressure, ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good customer service orientation.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay.
